"Victor Martinez is fabulous!! I started out feeling initiated because I didn’t know much about insurance and had so many questions but he patiently answered all of them. Was even fun to talk to (I was prepared for a long, boring call). He knew his stuff and made the process super easy … plus bit the competitors pricing by quite a bit! Be sure to ask for him if you’re shopping around! (Can even text if you’re busy so that was super helpful.)"

"It was okay while starting the policy, by the next month I realized I wasn’t being charged the full amount for my policy, I reached out to have someone check and never received a response, i continued to submit the full amount payment. I checked again and my policy was completely gone. 0 communication, terrible customer service and experience"
